1. Online Store Terms 

- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our store.

2. Product Availability & Pricing 

- All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

- We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.

3. Order & Shipping 

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- Shipping timelines and costs are detailed at checkout. - We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

4. Returns & Exchanges 

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags still attached. See our full returns policy for details.

- Sale items are final sale and not available for return or exchange. 

5. Intellectual Property - All content, designs, and branding on this site are owned by māmācore and may not be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability 

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products.

7. Governing Law

- These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
